Four Casual Winter Make Up Looks

In the Winter season it's all about the glitter and glam for Christmas and New Years, but sometimes we don't have the time or the want to go all out with the make up. But don't worry I have 4 easy and casual winter make up looks that you can do this season to wear for a party, a girls day out or even to work, along with some of my top tips on creating these looks.

A soft brown eyeshadow with a little bit of sparkle is perfect for any time of the year! This look is super simple and easy to wear to work. This look can be dressed up with some lashes or a winged eyeliner with a darker lip colour to give it that extra glam feel. To get that sparkle on your eye shining bright I used a face illuminator/highlighter. For this look I applied it on the centre of my eyelids and inner corners of my eyes. My go to face highlighters are Revolution's 'Golden Sugar 2' or Fenty Beauty's 'Hustle Baby'.

You can't have a winter look without a little bit of blue and silver. Blue + Silver = Cold winter weather and also Frozen the movie vibes. This look is for those who love a pop of colour, want to stand out from the crowd or try something a little different for the Christmas or NYE party. Always do your eyeshadow before your foundation, so if the eyeshadow falls out onto your cheeks it's easier to clean up!

Can't go wrong with a bold red lip and winged eyeliner around Christmas time. Any red lipstick or even a deep purple will go fantastic with a winged eyeliner. If like me you're at work and need to get to the Christmas party straight after finishing, just pop on some individual lashes on the outer corner of your eyes and a bold lipstick and now you'll be ready to look, feel and party fabulous.

Red and brown colours remind me of Autumn but work great as a Christmassy look too. I got these tiny strip lashes that have about 3 bundles of lashes on each strip at Primark for £1! What I love about these are that they can change your look from something very simple to something super glam without any hassle. They are so simple to apply, very natural looking and I don't think I will be reverting back to long strip lashes ever again.

Hope you love these casual winter make up looks! Which one is your favourite?
