LUSH Spring / Valentine Favourites

LUSH have brought out some amazing products in their Valentines and Spring collection, as well as launching a huge range of brand-new body sprays. So, I got my hands on some of my absolute favourites from shower gels and conditioners, to soaps and the obvious choice ... bath bombs!

Nana Shower Gel & Naked Shower Gel - If you LOVE the smell of Let The Good Times Roll facial cleanser, then you’ll LOVE the smell of Nana. Nana is packed filled with banana and oats leaving you feeling super smooth, hydrated and smelling good enough to eat! I enjoy the caramel like scent to it too and reminds me of the Yog Nog scent that Lush bring out at Christmas time. I also bought the naked version which I feel smells more like Bananas than the bottled version.

Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar - Lavender to help all the worries and stresses of the day melt away. This bubble bar smells heavenly and like all the other bubble bars leaves the water feeling like pure silk and a beautiful pink colour too.

Peachy Bath Bomb - You can’t have a LUSH Valentines product without there being an emoji themed bath bomb. This bath bomb is delightful for freshening up, the grapefruit oil gives it it‘s fresh fruity scent and leaves you feeling uplifted and ready to tackle the day. The varying peach and pink colours that appear as Peachy fizzes away are absolutely gorgeous.

Floating Flower Bath Bomb - Love a bath bomb? Love a bath oil? Floating Flower is the best of both worlds; The flower which is a chrysanthemum, placed on top covered in Cocoa butter is the bath oil and the pastel blue colour is of course the bulk of the bath bomb. The colour of the water is beautiful and makes you feel like you’re bathing in a luxury 5 star rated spa.

Love Boat Bath Bomb - Forget The B-52’s Love Shack it’s all about the Love Boat. A sherbet, sweet scent with colours of pink, blue and yellow this bath bomb is my top favourite out of all the products in this post! If skilled enough you can actually get this boat to float ... only for a little while until it dissolves of course. But once dissolved you will notice there are small red love hearts floating around too. These are made out of seaweed not plastic so they will dissolve with no consequences to wildlife! A fabulous, fun and quirky bath bomb that I wish was all year round!

Rose Butterfly Bath Bomb - If Rose is SO your scent Rose Butterfly is the perfect bath bomb for you. I enjoy the Rose Jam collection from LUSH and this bath bomb is a lovely add on for anyone who likes Rose Jam like me. The bath water is turned into electrifying colours of pink and blue, great for anyone who likes an exciting colourful bath experience.

Tingle Body Conditioner - Feeling hot? Cool down with Tingle, a body conditioner filled with peppermint oil that is going to stimulate your skin and cool you right down. This is great if you get really hot trying to sleep at night or for holidays when you skin still feels warm from a day in the sun. I like to use this when I have a shower at night time so I feel cool and fresh and sleep for me becomes a breeze.

Unicorn Lip Scrub - I’m not a massive fan of the Lip Scrubs but after trying out and tasting the Unicorn Lip Scrub I was sold. It has a mixture of blue and pink sugar in the pot unlike the other scrubs and is a lot sweeter than it smells. It does smell quite sour and for that reason put me off at first but it is a whole different story on the lips. Sweet and exfoliating you can’t go wrong really.

So White Body Spray - If you haven’t heard that LUSH brought out over 20 body sprays that smell like certain products in the shop, then where have you been? So White originally a bath bomb is now also a body spray. The scent of fresh apples, apple juice and to me a spring scent is what attracted me to the So White in the beginning. This is a great spray for any kind of occasion and also as a room spray too.

Let The Good Times Roll Body Spray - Remember at the beginning when I said I liked Nana because it smelt like Let The Good Times Roll? Well the universe answered my prayers and LUSH only went and brought out a body spray in that exact scent. Similarly to Nana and Yog Nog, I love the caramel, banana, popcorn scents that this body spray holds. It isn’t too strong and it isn’t too weak, it smells pleasantly subtle on the skin and is my second favourite after the Twilight body spray.

Aubergine Soap - Back to the emojis again. This is my favourite soap out of all of LUSH’s choices of soap. It has such a fresh and uplifting scent perfect for early mornings when you just need to wake the hell up. It is super soft and lathers up excellently. A perfect gift that is a conversation starter and that gets lots of laughs. I couldn’t imagine why though ...

Peach Soap - Pair Aubergine with its partner in crime Peach. Peach is made out of, you guessed it, peaches and also grapefruit juice. This soap feels super cleansing on the body, brightens up your skin and like the Aubergine soap it lathers up fantastic.
